Meg in Burst Angel is my second favorite role by VA Megumi Toyoguchi. #1 is, of course, Revy in Black Lagoon. Toyoguchi is the other Megumi you need to know in anime--the first, of course, being the lovely and insanely talented Megumi Hayashibara.
